Theory of Change Summer Session
What impact are you having? How do you know? What difference is your ministry or program making? Learn what your mission is and understand the roles in achieving it.
We can have a greater impact if we think strategically about our desired impact while planning, implementing, and evaluating our programs.
The Theory of Change workshop will help attendees break their program down into its component parts, differentiating between things like “what you do” and “what you achieve.” A Theory of Change will provide a roadmap that outlines the steps by which you plan to achieve your goal, telling the story of how you believe your program’s change will unfold. A Theory of Change helps align your stakeholders with your larger mission and cements their understanding of their role in achieving it.
By the end of this program, you will be able to lead your stakeholders through facilitated discussion to determine the precise link between your program’s activities and outcomes for the purpose of planning, participation, and evaluation. This session is geared toward participants who want guidance in how to lead their stakeholders through the Theory of Change process, but we welcome anyone who wants to develop one on their own.
This workshop includes asynchronous independent work and synchronous zoom sessions.
Pre-registration is required. Click here to register. Price for program is $50.
