Such an important part of ministry and outreach is knowing who is in your community, who your neighbours are. EDGE is pleased to be able to offer reports for congregations and groups of congregations which combine Canadian census data, Environics data, and United Church yearbook data.
The Neighbourhood Profile takes information and presents it on a map to help you understand your neighbourhoods and community. With a study area defined by your congregation, the report will show Canadian census data from Statistics Canada, and Environics segmentation data which analyses lifestyle and social patterns in Canadian society. Using dissemination areas, the smallest area of data collection for Statistics Canada, this information will help you understand the neighbourhoods which make up the community around your congregation.
Reports are produced to be viewed online with supporting data spreadsheets. Printable versions are available for additional cost.
Fees for reports begin at $750 for an online report and $800 for a printable report. Interpretation sessions are available for an additional cost.
