These can be difficult times for leaders in the church. Faced with deeply rooted congregational cultures that can be highly resistant to change, many leaders feel ill equipped to lead change. Leaders often feel discouraged, responsible for poor or declining membership. In some cases there is despair that change can happen. EDGE provides coaches who work directly with leaders to develop strong, spiritually rooted, adaptive missional leadership capacities that are effective in a post-modern, post-Christendom Canada.
Coaches can work one-on-one with leaders or in peer circles. In coaching circles leaders can bring and share with each other their ongoing leadership experience, strength and challenges, learning from each other in a rich and professionally facilitated coaching environment.
